Due to the Coronavirus Crisis, the ASLC building will be closed thru the Easter season (April 13). At that time, ASLC leaders will determine, based on CDC and Governor Hogan’s guidance, whether to extend the closure or reopen. When it is determined the building may be reopened, the facility will be thoroughly cleaned prior to reopening.

We are a multi-ethnic, multiracial, and multi-generational congregation. We journey together in faith as a family. We pray together, we laugh together, and we do God's work in the world together. Whoever you are, and wherever you are on your journey of faith, we welcome you. We are a Reconciling in Christ community (LGBTQIA+ fully welcome, included, and equal with no partiality).
We believe in a Living God; that Jesus still has something to say to the world; that the Spirit moves in us and through us.
We value the love of God, the example of Jesus, and the call of the Spirit to help make the world a better place. We value prayer, empowerment through the grace of God, living discipleship, inclusiveness in the kingdom, authentic relationships, the goodness of God, release of spiritual gifts, creativity and the arts, team leadership, and the reality that God is alive in the world!
